I really really like rice

Lets be clear here.  I am not starting this blog trying to you know, "make money" or "get attention."  I'm not even really a foodie.  At the end of the day, i just really like rice.

So I think most of you know what rice is.  Or do you?  According to wikipedia:

"Rice is two species (Oryza sativa and Oryza glaberrima) of grass, native to tropical and subtropical southern & southeastern Asia and to Africa, which together provide more than one fifth of the calories consumed by humans."

Wow.  All of a sudden... I feel like a cow.
